Sixth Grade Secrets
by Louis Sachar

I really enjoyed this book, it was pretty humorous. I would definitely recommend this book to a couple of my friends, but not all of them. At Laura's school there are no clubs allowed, because kids get left out. She starts a secret club called Pig City that its own secret salute. Laura invites kids in her class to join, but they have to give insurance which means if they ever tell anyone about Pig City their insurance will be shown to the whole school. The insurances included underwear, love notes, hate notes, and embarrassing songs. One kid finds out about the club and wants to join. Laura won't let him and he starts his own secret club. From there on everything is crazy and it turns into a club war.
