Twig is trying to find his lost father when a storm hits. When he finds his father he tells him the mother storm is coming. After that there is a light and the crew and Twig lose their memory. Everyone is scattered and Twig goes on an adventure to find the crew. The mother storm has to replenish the river but it can't if Sanctaphrax is in the way. Twig is out to destroy Sanctaphrax.
