No Dogs Allowed
by Bill Wallace
|
This book is about a girl named Kristine. Her horse just died,
and she is so sad that she doesn't want to get any more pets.
When she gets a puppy for her birthday, Kristine is not too
happy. By the end of the book, Kristine learns a valuable lesson
about pets-don't hate them. Love them while they are alive.
I liked this book, and I would recommend it to a friend. I enjoyed
reading it because it was a very suspenseful and gook book.
I can relate to Kristine because I used to have a dog and it
died.

It was unique because two people that hated each other turned
out to like each other, and my friends would love to read the
book. I enjoyed reading the book because it was showing me how
it would be hard to have another pet after your pet died and
how you would be really scared if you would be all alone. I
related to Kristine because it would be hard to love another
pet when your other pet just died.

No Dogs Allowed! by
Bill Wallace is a great book about a girl and her dog and the
struggles she faces. With a new little sister, the sorrow of
a horse dying, and constant worrying about everyday things,
the last thing Kristine needs is a dog to capture her heart
and then pass away just like her horse. Will Kristine be able
to keep brushing off her new puppy or will those big brown eyes
capture her heart?
