Loves Abiding Joy is the fourth book in a series. This book is so amazing. The first book, Love Comes Softly, and the second book, Love's Enduring Promise, are now movies. The series starts with a woman, Marty, who loses her husband only weeks after they are married. She then marries a man named Clark - not for love, but so his daughter will have a mom, an dso she will have a home for winter. In the 4th book, Missie, Clark's daughter, is already married with two sons and lives a week away and six weeks away by wagon train. This book takes place back in "everyone's a farmer" days.
