Motion by Lorna Frahm to accept minutes from October 12th, 2000.

Financial report given by Bob Houck- Information given about all investments, note that market is fluctuating. Remember long term growth.
Jane Householder Scholarship has $1601.00
Barb Middlebusher donations totaled $360.00

Listen 2000 (our current OPAC system) is a licensed product which can be used by other libraries for a fee or purchase. Libraries showing interest in the product. IT looking into running the program from a local LAN or web network.
New Administration Building coming along
Winghaven actually has a floor plan- wow.
Tim De Ghelder showed web page to board members-
Lorna Frahm made suggestion to show how the foundation is supporting current projects. (how money is being spent)
Motion made by Lorna Frahm to expend $500 on magazine covers for the magazine sponsorship program.

Review of Proposals- Bob Houck recommends Firstar- they met all the requirements from the beginning, 1% commission and local. Board looked at submitted bids for service.
Motion by Tim De Ghelder to adopt Firstar as financial manager of funds (registered agent of funds) and allow Bob Houck to be an authorized signature (agent) for the account.
