Foundation Minutes- Board Meeting
Call to order- 3:37PM
Roll call- Debbie Tomich, Rose Mack, Lorna Frahm, Jim Ottomeyer, Bill Zollman, Tim DeGhelder,Bob Houck, Carl Sandstedt.
Motion by Jim Ottomeyer to accept minutes from September 20th meeting.

Financial Report given by Bob Houck
Bob circulated balance sheet. Our portfolio now reflects our Investment Policy. The foundation is close to 65% equities investments. Bob Houck supplied all information related to investments purchased September 27, 2001.
Bob also gave information on all Foundation investments
