Financial report given by Bob Houck- Information given about all investments, note that market is fluctuating. Remember long term growth.

Jane Householder Scholarship has $1601.00

Secretary State annual report cost $15.00


Staff Liaison Report- Carl Sandstedt

Listen 2000 (our current OPAC system) is a licensed product which can be used by other libraries for a fee or purchase. There are potential donations to the foundation.

Went over press release to announce Library Foundation to the public

Release will be sent out next week

Motion made by Jim Ottomeyer to rebid financial investments to a minimum of five investment firms.

Magazine Sponsorship- Tim DeGhelder will present program at League of Chambers on Nov. 8th.

FY2000 Audit successful everything in order- done by Schowalter & Jabouri
