Larry Shroth mentioned a spelling error in his name to be changed.

McClay branch library is doing a trial service on curb service delivery of materials to customers. This service involves a delivery of materials to the customer while they wait in their car. Customers have commented on many reasons why they use this new service.
New Town customer asked about mobile library service. (old bookmobile)

Date- Friday April 25 at the O'fallon Elks Lodge. This is the same location as the 2007 event. Our goal is to increase the silent auction items.

Barb Griffith was mentioned. Barb is a heavy user of the library.

08-09 Jane Householder Memorial Scholarships- FY 2008
Motion by Kyle Gaines to limit scholarships to one award per cycle. This would set a limit of one award per person each fiscal year. This would allow more staff members to benefit from the scholarship program. This would include the current list of winners with a total of $2,129.93.
