Employee Political Activity

Employees of the St. Charles City-County Library District are prohibited from the following:

	being a candidate for a partisan elective office;
	using official authority or influence for the purpose of affecting the results of any election.

This does not effect the right of an employee to exercise his/her right to vote. Nor does it prohibit other activity relating to ballot issues, campaigns or elections identified with political parties or nonpartisan issues.
