Skateboarding

Skateboards and roller skates may not be used within property owned or leased by the St. Charles City-County Library District, without specific authorization of the branch manager. The District shall not be liable for injuries incurred by skateboarders or skaters. Library staff may call the appropriate police agencies in order to enforce this policy.

Signs informing the public of these restrictions shall be placed on District property.
