Interlibrary Loan - Reciprocity of Fees

The St. Charles City-County Library District shall reciprocate interlibrary loan fees as deemed appropriate and advantageous to the Library’s customers following the service guidelines established in the Interlibrary Loan Policy, # C192. Agreements may include, but shall not be limited to, charges for photocopies, postage, and overdue fines.

District staff shall review agreements on an annual basis and make adjustments necessary and/or warranted to alleviate or correct service problems encountered during their administration.
