The completion of an Incident Report is required for any accident, bomb threat, death or severe medical problem, drug and psychiatric problem, earthquake, fire and explosion, power failure, robbery, tornado, and bookmobile emergencies. The procedure to follow in any of these events is outlined in the District’s Emergency Manual. (Adopted 2/13/84) |
