ISDN Annual Dialup Agreement – Effective January 1st 2009
Effective starting January 1st 2009, ISDN Annual Dialup Accounts will have a 30 day money back guarantee. After the first 30 days of service no refunds will be available. However credit for unused amounts can be switched to one of the many Internet and PC support services that ISDN has to offer. ISDN does offer new month to month rates for Dial-up services with payments setup through Credit or Debit Cards. Users will need to ask for a cancellation request form to be sent to their mailing address, or a cancellation request form can be downloaded from our website www.win.org. Refunds will be processed on the date that a completed and signed cancellation request form is received at our office, and the form must be received within the first 30 days from the start of the annual renewal. No refunds will be issued for cancellation request forms received after the first 30 days from the start of annual renewal. Refunds will be issued 8-12 weeks after the cancellation has been approved.
